About us
The Neighborhood Collaborative, Inc. is an Indiana nonprofit corporation, founded in 2026 and based in Lebanon. We build places and programs where Boone County residents can learn, recover, and belong, and every service is free to the people who use it.
Our work
Community Learning Center
A community learning center at 215 West Chicago Street in Lebanon, built on the Recovery Café model. It will offer peer-led learning circles, Indiana peer support specialist certification training, health literacy sessions, family recovery education, and skill-sharing between neighbors, open to any resident with no fees or enrollment barriers.
The Coffee Bridge
A mobile wellness post for construction and industrial workers at Boone County worksites, offering coffee, basic health checks, a brief wellness check-in, and a direct path to the support services each worker chooses.
